Made In The USA

American Grasslands Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides are produced in the Central Valley of California. Each batch is made in our FDA regulated facility under strict food safety and quality control practices.

US Raised, Grass Fed &
Grass Finished

American Grasslands Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides are made from beef skin that comes exclusively from US Raised, Grass Fed and Grass Finished Organic Beef. We don’t source our materials from foreign raised beef. Our animals naturally graze America's grasslands from the time they are born. Other Collagen Peptides on the market today are made from animals raised all over the world and not under USDA Inspection, much less, the rigorous requirements of Organic Certification.

Raised Without
Antibiotics or Hormones

The Organic Beef raised for American Grasslands Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides are raised naturally and are not administered any antibiotics or growth hormones.

Non-GMO

American Grasslands Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides are made from 100% Organic Beef Skin which also means it’s made without the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). GMOs are strictly prohibited in the production of Organic products.

100% All Natural

We don't use a chemical process to make American Grasslands Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides. Others begin from inedible hide trimmings which are a byproduct of the leather industry and require intensive chemical processing, purification and sterilization. American Grasslands uses only edible materials from Certified Organic Beef. We use a proprietary, natural process to extract the collagen in hot water. Then, we hydrolyze the collagen proteins using a natural enzyme which transforms it from gelatin to hydrolyzed collagen peptides. We then concentrate this liquid protein, and finally, add Lactic Acid in our bottling process to naturally preserve the liquid concentrate.

Contains Collagen
Types I & III

Collagen plays a significant role in our bodies and represents about 30% of our total protein make up. It's the major protein component of our skin, tendons, hair, nails, connective tissues, organs, and blood vessels. It's even in our muscles and joints. If we don't consume enough protein, our body's collagen stores can become depleted. As we age, we produce less and less of this precious resource. When we're young, collagen can generally be restored through a high protein diet, but after about the age of 40, collagen production slows dramatically. At that point, we can benefit greatly from supplementation, especially if our protein intake is not what it should be. Collagen can only be found in animal products.

Collagen Peptides are a supplemental form of collagen protein. Collagen in this form has already been broken down through the use of water and enzymes. Our bodies, similarly, use enzymes in our digestive tract to break down collagen proteins, but when consuming collagen in the form of food (think of meat tendons, gristle, and skin), collagen proteins can be difficult to digest. Since Collagen Peptides are an already broken-down form of collagen protein, they are more readily available for our body to use. Collagen peptides are thought to enter the bloodstream quickly, without the need for digestion, and thus aiding the repair of our bodies from the inside. American Grasslands Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides Liquid Concentrate contains Collagen Types I & III, and a unique Amino Acid Profile high in Glycine, Proline and Hydroxyproline.
